Exacta’s BayMaster system is designed for self-serve car wash applications.  By placing this unit in each of the bays, your carwash will have the ability to accept coins, bills, credit cards, gift cards, fleet cards, and discount codes.  The credit card count up feature allows customers to simply swipe their card and wash.  With capability of taking fleet cards, monthly memberships just to name a few.

The touch screen is designed for all automatic and tunnel wash applications.  This Point of Sale Teller has the ability to be a stand-alone unit capable of accepting bills, coins, credit cards, gift cards, and fleet cards.  It can also take codes, generate codes, give change, and print receipts.  Other options such as remote accounting with our E1 Terminal software allows you the ability to access your wash from anywhere around the world.

Increase your sales by putting a cred card/fleet card reader directly into the bay.  The count up feature of the BayMaster Retro credit card system allows customers to wash until their card is clean instead of watching the clock.  The screen shows the customer how much time they have used, and gives useful help information.  The numeric keypad can be used to enter discount codes, fixed time codes, fleet codes, and pay at the pump codes.

The receipt printer is designed for the self-serve car wash as a wall mounted Credit Card Receipt Printer.  This unit can also be used to print the balance on fleet cards and gift cards as well as add money to gift cards.  An optional card dispenser can be added to sell gift cards.

Less hassle-no fumbling for coins or cards to slow down processing.  Quick selection for prepay, post pay, monthly membership/subscriptions customers.  Easy access 24 hours a day.  Date, time, and use restrictions can be applied to any tag.  The software automatically tracks when, where, and what customer received during time at site.

With the RFID it validates the account holder information in a secure database, before vending the appropriate service.  This system comes with prepaid, postpaid, unlimited, and pay-as-you-go options.  Customers are able to customize by displaying their name and a welcome message as they pull up to the HTK/CTK.  Automated billing is run nightly, and there is also an option manual billing.  Hosted Solutions can generate reports on member activity, invoices, and transaction records.

The Cryptopay credit card swipers can be put on any meter box already existing with ease, as well as any vacuum on site.  The system accepts all major credit cards, and has fleet card capability with the purchase of a fleet card option.  

Cryptopay offers conversion kits for already existing pay stations on site.  For all major brands such as; Gold Line, Unitech, and more. With a new swiper and decal you are ready to accept credit cards with existing paystation.
